Breitbart News announced Thursday that the network will host a conservative programming slate during the 2016 presidential election.
The network will air conservative talk show hosts and conservative political analysts during the general election and in the general elections to coincide with the first Republican primary debate in August, as well as a series of conservative political documentaries.
Breitbart News’ political programming slate is a collaboration with the conservative advocacy group FreedomWorks.
A number of the hosts on the network’s conservative programming roster have already been confirmed to be confirmed to appear on the Republican primary debates and the GOP presidential debates, including Bill O’Reilly, Michelle Malkin, Sean Hannity, Michelle Fields, and Lou Dobbs.
The conservative programming lineup is expected to be launched in the coming months, with hosts expected to appear in at least three debates.
The news comes just days after CNN and NBC were forced to retract stories that claimed CNN was secretly working with the Democratic National Committee to influence the election and the election results.
Breitbart’s programming slate has been an important part of the site’s reporting on the 2016 election and Trump.
Breitbart previously ran a number of news articles focusing on the potential for the “rigged” Democratic National Convention, including a post from October 2015 that was retracted shortly after it was published.
The post, which was widely shared and subsequently retracted, detailed how DNC officials had allegedly attempted to “steal” the delegates for the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the primaries.
Breitbart has also reported on other “tricks” used by the DNC to “obscure” the Democratic primary and how it was the work of former President Barack Obama’s political team.
The former president’s team, which is also known as the Obama team, used the same tactics during the primaries to win over Democratic voters.
The Washington Post reported last month that the Obama campaign had spent nearly $100 million on advertising in key states during the Democratic primaries.
In November, Breitbart News published a story claiming the Obama White House had paid at least $20 million to a group that operated the pro-Clinton Super PAC Priorities USA.
Breitbart had previously reported on the efforts of Obama’s team to use social media to manipulate social media followers and voters in an effort to influence social media’s influence on voters.
In the past, Breitbart has reported on Obama’s efforts to manipulate Facebook’s algorithms to make his supporters more likely to support the Democratic candidate.
